The honey comes from "Honnighuset" (The Honey House) in Bornholm, Denmark. This is honey like it was made in the old days.The honey is manually stirrd for better texture and consistency. No
preservaties nor addititives are added to the honey from Honnighuset. This product is absolutly natural in all aspects. The honey is put in jars without any pre-heating to preserve taste, smell and texture.
The honey is a product we first imported for VOX, a top restaurant which specializes in
Scandinavian food, but the good word quickly spread and now we import the honey for many of
our gourmand customers who have one thing in common, they love good food.
