We import European beef tenderloins and Danish veal tenderloins. Both products have been very successful. We can also provide reindeer from the famous brothers Logi and Óli who established
the company "Vidbot" in Húsavík. Every now and then they also send us some specially
grown Galloway beef. The beef has been raised and taken care of by their father who lives
on the next farm to "Vidbot", "Arbot".
Every spring we get wild geese from specially selected hunters in Iceland. The breasts are
prepared and packed ready to cook. We can also supply goose legs.
From past experience it is vital to think ahead and order the wild goose in advance since this
product is constantly gaining popularity. For example, all our wild goose meat was sold out
before last Christmas.
