The truffles come from a company in Umbria, Italy, called Elleesse. They have been producing
truffles and truffel products for more than 50 years. Their truffles come in all varieties,
sliced, minced and whole.
One of the most exciting products we import from Elleesse is the truffle wheat. The truffle
wheat is brilliant mixed with regular flour or to simply roll the foi gras, or the lobster,
in it, before cooking.
Ellesse was formed in 1948 so the company has well over fifty years experience in producing
truffles and truffle products, this then brings high quality service and an exquisite line of products.
