La Fruitiére du Val Evel in France is our main vendor in frozen fruits and purrés.
La Fruitiére started production and freezing of fruits in 1965 and have been mastering
the skill and technique ever since. From 1985 they have been increasing the variety of
their products and their latest flavours are Kalamansi and Kaktus purré. Most of their
purrés are 90% fruit and 10% sugar but some have no added sugar.
